Our customer is one of the largest international names when it comes to professional printing technology. It has been the market leader for continuous inkjet coding technology for more than 30 years.

A few years ago, it faced a particularly challenging situation relating to the inkjet printer's fluid control.

The customer's engineers approached DPP. Together, the two companies developed an innovative pump that is perfectly suitable for printers with a continuous inkjet (CIJ) and equally for any ink type.

The challenge was to adjust the service life of the pump to match that of the service life of the printer. This requirement was solved with flying colors: The pump's service life was increased by more than 50 percent.

The consequence: Maintenance and services costs were reduced dramatically, the print image is excellent and ensures highest customer satisfaction.
